It is a legal requirement for all growers of arable crops, maize and cereal silage crops to complete and return this form by Friday 10 March 2024 under the Commodity Levies Act 1990 and the Arable Crops, Maize and Cereal Silage Orders 2018. The relevant clauses are set out on the reverse of this form.

Used in our own farming business (You are responsible for paying the levy)

Cereal Silage (excluding maize) was harvested in this period (1 January 2023 – 31 December 2023). The owner of the cereal silage crop at time of harvest is responsible for paying the levy

Maize Seed was purchased in this period (1 January 2023 – 31 December 2023)
